Buns for mums
I'm making this cinnamon bun recipe for my mom tomorrow (she's in town again!). I'm certain they're not on her diet but maybe she can just salivate and smell them (like MK). The recipe is from a small café known for their amazing cinnamon rolls. For years customers begged for the recipe but it wasn't until they closed that they revealed this gem. Secret ingredient: potatoes.

This shit is the real deal
You think twizzlers are real licorice? Ha. They are delicious but they might as well be swedish fish stretched and twisted. They contain nothing but corn syrup and starchy things. Panda brand's number one ingredient however, is molasses, followed by some wheat flour, cane sugar, and LICORICE of all things. The cherry flavor even taste subtly of licorice, you know that anisey, pastilley, goldschlagerey goodness?

Study break
Something about finals and studying my ass off makes me crave retail therapy. I end up buying beautiful spring and summer clothing online during my web-browsing breaks...which leads to another welcomed break when the ups guy arrives. Is this bad? Probably. I buy outfits for the fabulous life I don't have only to wear them to my final exam...where everyone else is in gym clothes....
In my shopping cart currently...red! Don't worry lone blog reader, I won't buy them...yet.

Men in tights
I had the honor of being cheer coach to several male medical students for my school's annual powderpuff football game. The theme was 80s, the music was MJ, and the boys were smashing.
